According to the”Moscow Times” article “Economy needs more foreign specialists”.

Federal Migration Service head Konstantin Romodanovsky said Thursday that about 20 000 high – profile foreign professionals and researchers come to Russia annually, less than half the influx that the country needs to implement the Kremlin’s modernization plans.

Selon l’article “Economy needs more foreign specialists” (l’économie à besoin de plus de spécialistes étranger) de ”Moscow Times”.

Konstantin Romodanovsky le chef du Service Fédéral  des migrations a déclaré ce jeudi qu’environ 20 000 professionnels et chercheurs de haut niveau venaient en Russie chaque année, ce qu’est moins de la moitié du besoin du pays pour subvenir aux besoins  du plan de la modernisation mis en place par le  Kremlin.

Опираясь на статью “Economy needs more foreign specialists” (экономике требуется больше иностранных специалистов) журнала ”Moscow Times”.

Глава Федеральной Миграционной Службы Константин Ромодановский заявил в этот четверг, что примерно 20 000 профессионалов и  исследователей высокого уровня приезжают каждый год в Россию,  это более чем на половину меньше,  нужд страны для выполнения плана Кремля по модернизации.
