Today ВТБ finished buying Банк Москвы's (46,48%) and
"Столичной страховой группы" (25% + 1 share) shares
Operation cost is 103 milliard of roubles (approximativly 3,53
milliard of dollars 22.02.11) what is higher than official estimation
by 13 milliard of roubles (approximativly 0,45 milliard of dollars
22.02.11). Official estmation of shares's cost is 89 milliard 999,6
million of roubles,approximativly 3,05 milliard 34,29 million of
dollars 22.02.11)

La somme de l'opération s'élève à 103 milliards de roubles (environ
2,58 millards d'euros cours 22.02.11) ce qui est supérieur de 13
milliards de roubles (environ 0,33 milliards d'euros cours 22.02.11)
de la somme de l'évaluation officielle (89 milliards 999,6 millions de
roubles, environ 2,23 milliards 25,06 millions d'euros cours
22.02.11)
