According to the Bloomberg article "Oil Drops Below $45; U.S. Stockpiles May Speed Collapse"



As oil price drops under $45, a lot of people are asking themselves what would come next? Someone 

says that this is a fight against Shale oil extraction. What is certain is that price of oil will cause few 

bankruptcies in Oil sector and will make life harder for the Countries which economy is based on Oil 

extraction.

Apres la baisse du prix du pétrole sous la bare de 45$ beaucoup de personne se demandent sur 

l`avenir. Certains disent que c`est une action contre les companies qui font de l'extraction de l'huile de 

schiste. Ce qui est certain, c`est que avec ce prix on verra quelques faillites dans ce secteur. Ce prix 

rendra difficile la vie de certains pays qui base leur économie sur l`extraction du pétrole.

Упавшие цены на нефть ниже отметки 45$ заставили задуматься многих людей о будущем. 

Некоторые говорят, что это спланированная акция против компаний занимающихся Сланцевой 

добычей нефти. Что точно так это то, что с такой ценой мы увидим не одно банкротство в этом 

секторе. Также страны ориентирующее свою экономику на добычу нефти пострадают от такой 

цены. 

Question for UPS/ Une Question Pour SPU/ Вопрос для ОРС

According to the Kommersant`s article (Systems of payements dismantled their`s status MasterCard and Visa problems turned against UPS/Платежные системы разобрали статусы Проблемы Visa и MasterCard обернулись против ОРС)

After Russian`s government decided to make a few restrictions against Visa and MasterCard it causes more problems to UPS (United Payement System), which is controlled 100 % by Societe Generale Group via Rosbank.

The deposit of 1,6 billion of Roubles (Around 458 Million of Dollars) would be harmful for UPS business, to avoid it company plan to change it`s shareholder, three companies could be interested on buying it.

Après la décision du gouvernement Russe qui a décidé  d`instaurer quelques restrictions contre MasterCard et Visa, c`est SPU (Système du Paiement Unifié) qui est plus touché (il est contrôlé  à 100 % par Société Générale via Rosbank).

Pour éviter un dépôt de 1,6 Milliard de Roubles (environ 340 Millions d`Euros) qui sera très douloureux pour les affaires de SPU, la compagnie planifie de changer d`actionnaire, trois acheteurs peuvent être intéressés

После того, как Российское правительство решило принять меры против MasterCard и Visa пострадала больше компания ОРС (Объединенная Расчетная Система ее контролирует на 100% Société Générale  через "дочку" Росбанк.

Чтобы избежать депозита в 1,6 Миллиардов Рублей, который будет болезненным для бизнеса ОРС, компания может сменить акционера, есть уже три возможных покупателя.

Moscow Kremlin want to protect Gazprom from EU's  investigation  

on gaz prices   indexed on oil prices. Russia delivers around 25 per 

cent of Europe's gaz needs.
